Our Services

In a private Pilates session, you'll work one-on-one with a certified teacher who will meet your body exactly where it’s at. These individualized sessions are tailored to your unique needs, abilities, and goals, creating a strong foundation for movement and progress.

The primary goal of private sessions is to help you build the skills, confidence, and body awareness needed to transition into our small group classes safely and effectively — or simply to deepen your personal Pilates practice.

In a small group session, one teacher works with up to four students, allowing for personalized attention within a supportive, community-based setting. These sessions follow the classical Pilates method while offering modifications and corrections to suit each individual’s needs. Group sessions are ideal for clients who have built a foundational understanding of the work and are ready to continue progressing in a shared space.
